A Play Date With Julia!

Yesterday, Tav and Julia had a play date at Peckham Park.  These two can go for hours and hours without getting tired.
They are so cute together!
Tav - showing off.
Mateo - out cold!

Sports Camp!

This past week, Tavio went to sports camp.  Camp was every morning for an hour and 15 minutes.  Just long enough for these 3 and 4 year olds!  Tavio was hesitant at first, but became more comfortable as the week went on.
Day 1 - he is not too sure about this.
Day 2

Acting silly with the cone on his head!
Day 3 - His best day!
He really enjoyed playing basketball
Day 4 - Excited to go to sports camp!
But it was raining out, so the camp was indoors.
Being indoors completely threw Tavio (and most of the other kids) off
Receiving his certificate and giving coach Erin a high 5!

A Day At The Beach!

As a child, my parents took me to Misquamicut, RI almost every weekend during the summer months.  Sal and I would like to continue this tradition - and go as often as possible.  I hope the kids love it as much as we do!
Tav... a little hesitant at first.

Last Thursday, Tavio went to his first swimming lesson...hopefully things get better :)

Tav seemed more comfortable by the end of the lesson.
We will see how next week goes.  Stay tuned...

Happy Mateo!

The past 3 months have been a serious struggle for Sal and I (and Tavio and Mercedes).  Mateo is a handful!  He doesn't sleep, cries all the time, and wants to always be held.  We've switched his formula 3 times and put him on 2 different types of reflux medicine.  I don't want to jinx it, but I think we are finally seeing some improvement.  Mateo seems a bit more comfortable lately - he even occassionally SMILES!!!  I hope things just keep on getting better!
