Tavio's Hiding Place!

Last week, we got hit with some severe weather. While Mercedes hides in the basement (during thunderstorms and fireworks), Tavio found a spot to hide under a chair!

No More Bottles?

Everything is moving too quickly for me now!  Tavio graduated to a sippy cup.  He still likes to have a bottle when he goes to bed at night - but that is it.  My Little Man is growing up FAST!   Thank God he still snuggles with me!!!!  I hope that never changes : ~)

A Trip To The Park!

Today, Tavio and Devin had a play date at Peckham Park in Middlefield.

Tavio's New Car Seat!

Well...the time has come to change Tavio's car seat from a rear facing seat to a forward facing seat. I have to admit, I was a little sad.

Ohhh...so much more comfortable!

This picture was taken August 3, 2008 - The day Tavio was discharged from the NICU. I don't remember him being so small...They grow up so quickly!

I Caught Him!

For weeks now, Sal and I have tried to help Tavio crawl.  We have tried to lure him with toys, gotten down on our hands and knees to demonstrate, physically tried to teach him...you name it we've done it!  Funny thing is...when we would leave the room for a second, we would come back to find Tavio in a totally different spot from where we left him.  Sal and I would look at each other in disbelief.  Was our sneaky little man crawling all this time?  Well I finally caught him!  Enjoy!

If you turn the volume up, you can hear him grunting!

Time To Play!

Once the sun finally came out today, Tavio, Mercedes and I headed outside to play.

Tavio loves to use the railings to pull himself up.

Oh well...not the best week to take a vacation...I write this as the rain is pounding down on our roof!

Today is Day 4 of our vacation.  It rained in the morning and was cold and windy the rest of the day.  Maybe tomorrow the sun will come back out...

What A Difference A Day Makes!

Wow...Yesterday it was sunny with temps near 80!  Today, it did not make it out of the 50's.  Oh well...We still made the best of it.
